How to download a ressourcepack ?

What is a texture pack?
Minecraft is originally composed of a texturepack integrated into the game. Although this game is a success due to its basic principle and its graphics. As you play the game, you might want to build different things or just change certain aspects of the game.
A resource pack is a downloadable file that can include textures, 3D models, modify game menus. In addition, a resourcepack can modify one or more aspects of the game.
Step 1: Choosing your texturepack
You have several options for choosing a texturepack. To do this, determine the use you will make of this texturepack: Do you want to have a creative, survival or mini-game use?
Several platforms offer browsing among thousands of resource packs. These can be of different resolutions. The higher the resolution, the greater the level of detail. However, the higher the resolution, the more performance it will take to use the pack.
Step 2: Download the texturepack
Once your chosen texturepack. You have to download it. The resource packs are in ".zip" format.
Some packs may take longer to download when they are over 100MB.
Step 3: Insert the pack into the game
Once downloaded, the game must be able to "read" your resourcepack. You are almost there...
To do this, press "Windows + R" then write "C:\Users\YOUR NAME\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft".
Then go to .minecraft/resource pack
Step 4 : Activate your resource pack
Start your game. Caution: Some texturepacks use Optifine. This module is completely free and you can find a tutorial to download Optifine here
Tip : Free up memory in Minecraft
You can free up memory in Minecraft to increase your possibilities and/or your game crashes as soon as your resourcepack is activated.
In the launcher, press "Edit" then the number behind the G means the number of Gb of RAM you allocate to the game.
Go to "Options" > "Ressourcepack" and insert your pack.
